Here at Im So Into Yoou, we are hear to help.

Please note due to health and hygiene the roses cannot be returned. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. (Please see our return process below).

Return Process

If an item is faulty please contact us so we can discuss how you would like to proceed in regards to either a refund or exchange. In any event to ensure that we can process your refund, please to the information below. 

Please note items will not be accepted for refund or exchange if proper care of the item has not been adhered to. 

In order to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently please email us at [email protected] with the following information.

  • Order number
  • Purchaser name
  • Email address 
  • A description of the fault 
  • A picture and video of the product with the fault
 Once you have sent the details listed above please allow 2-3 days for the details to be investigated and a final decision to be made. Once a decision has been made and if it is in your favour please allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed. If you are exchanging a product we will notify you once your order has been shipped.
